“The Journey” focuses on what it is like to go through a spiritual awakening, which is a call to higher consciousness and deeper mental awareness. During my attendance at college there were a series of life changing events that lead to this experience, which for me was a loss of a loved one and other life circumstances that were detrimental to my mental health. An awakening consists of seven stages; the awakening, the dark night soul, the sponge, the satoru self, the soul session, surrender and allow, and lastly awareness and service, that you have to go through in order to reach higher consciousness and lead a successful, light, happy and fulfilling life.
