Artist's Statement

In my photography, I take inspiration from the ideals of Constructivism and urban design focusing on the geometric abstraction and emphasizing the raw and unembellished forms. I use digital black and white photography as my medium to highlight the essential features of each space. Through the absence of color, the main focus is solely on the geometry, texture and composition of the contemporary urban landscape.

By isolating these elements, I encourage the viewer to reconsider the world around them. Reflecting the principles of Constructivism, Cubism and Futurism, my photographs offer new perspectives on the built environment. Through my photography, the ordinary becomes extraordinary. It reveals a deeper connection between the forms we create and the spaces we occupy.
